Yes. At PLACID, we offer you the flexibility to temporarily block reservations when you need your property for personal use. You only need to communicate the dates when you wish to enjoy your property to our team, and we will take care of blocking the calendar for those specific dates, ensuring no reservations are accepted during that period. Your comfort and convenience are our priority.

To control your income, we provide you with access at all times to the client area where you can monitor the status of your bookings and the income generated in real-time. Additionally, we send you detailed periodic reports on the activity of your accommodation. This allows you to have a complete view of your income and stay informed at all times about the management of your property.

At the beginning of each month, you will receive the settlement with the payments received during the previous month. Since each OTA has different payment times, if the payment for a booking is not received in time to be included in the settlement for a specific month, this amount will be automatically included in the settlement for the following month. 

This way we ensure that all corresponding payments are processed efficiently and in accordance with established accounting cycles.
