This channel is exclusively dedicated to reporting legal violations committed by the organization or its members, in accordance with the terms and conditions of Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals reporting regulatory infractions and fighting against corruption.

What are considered regulatory violations?
Without excluding or limiting, the following are considered:
- Frauds and scams
- Money laundering
- Tax evasion or tax avoidance
- Crimes against intellectual or industrial property
- Unfair competition
- Crimes against the market or consumers
- Internal corruption
- Irregularities with the Social Security or Tax Agency
- Non-compliance with data protection regulations
- Disclosure of trade secrets
- Embezzlement
- Crimes against the environment and public health
- Violation of workers' rights
Some of the situations that can be reported through this channel include:
- Possible illegal conduct and behaviour related to job performance
- Alleged mismanagement of company resources for personal gain
- Discrimination or sexual abuse situations
- Practices of corruption, theft, fraud, etc.
Who can submit a report?
Any person within the company and external individuals who are or have been linked or associated with it in a work or professional context.
How can I submit a report?
Reports can be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person, following the steps indicated in the Confidential Reporting Channel form. The report can also be anonymous.
How will the report be handled?
The report will be processed while guaranteeing confidentiality and prohibiting retaliation against the reporting individual.
What principles support the reporting individual?
The internal information system ensures confidentiality, non-retaliation, respect for independence, data protection, confidentiality of communications, and proper practices for monitoring, investigation, and protection of the reporting individual.
